Emblematic House is a tourist accommodation located in an emblematic building in the city historic center. Our accommodation occupies a building over 100 years old. It has been completely renovated and furnished using high quality materials and modern designs, as German Hansa faucets, Salvarani Italian kitchen, Bohemia glass bathroom wall coverings, Occhio and Murano glass design lamps, luxurious Roche Bobois bed, Italian and French curtains, hardwoods doors and granite floors. Private parking, Internet connection, baby crib and two bicycles are free for our guests. We invite you to your first breakfast, which consists of fresh fruit, bread, coffee or tea, butter, jam and milk.

Casa Emblematica “Topacio” is not a hotel, although we have a tourist accommodation license. It is MORE than hotel … because our guests can use the kitchen to prepare their favorite dishes …, because it has the spaciousness and privacy of a house …, because it is a personal and direct relationship between us, owners of the house, and you.

If you stay in the city center, you have the possibility of to get to all places in a few minutes. The Guimera Theater is 1 minute round the corner, the Adán Martín Music Auditorium is about 10 minutes away. The museums and churches, restaurants, shopping area, the city market, public transport, everything is close. Las Teresitas beach is 7km from Santa Cruz, but 10 minutes walk from the house are the natural pools of the Cesar Manrique Marina Park. Nature and sport lovers in about 20 minutes (by car) can to get to the Anaga Natural Park and in 40 minutes to the Teide National Park.

In a few phrase we will try to explain the interior of the house. The entrance is from Candelaria Street, and by the main staircase we get to the principal floor of the house, and can continue to the terrace on the roof floor. On the principal floor of the house there are a large and bright living room with a fully equipped kitchen. From here you access to the interior of the house with three bedrooms. Main bedroom has the bathroom in the suite, extra large double bed (180 x 200) and air conditioning. Second bedroom has two single beds (90 x 190). Third bedroom has one single bed (90 x 200). The second and third bedrooms sharp same bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet. The windows of all three bedrooms open to the private interior patio decorated with 12 meter high wall of artificial stone and lights. On the roof floor is the jewel of the house, our large furnished terrace with dining area and barbecue.
